We offer a broad, balanced, relevant curriculum accessible to all children, based on the 2014 National Curriculum. We aim to develop knowledge, understanding and experience of the World including promoting British Values. Our curriculum is designed to develop our pupils' intellectual, social, emotional and physical skills through a creative approach. We strive to enable our pupils to develop into happy, confident, independent learners and creative thinkers who are prepared for the next stage in their education and for modern society. Our curriculum is designed to promote skills-based learning through cross-curricular themes.

Phonics is an important part of learning to read and write. At Northwick Park, we have chosen the Read, Write Inc. program to teach children these vital skills.  It is a progressive program which includes daily opportunities for reading and writing alongside discrete phonics teaching.
